Frequently Asked Questions

01

How often should I train?

Everyone is different, so what may work for one may not always work for the next. The amount of training days also depends upon your current conditions, goals, schedule, budget and my availability. You may "need" to workout with a trainer four days a week, but only have the time or budget for two days a week. In these cases, I will teach you a program that you can do on your own for the days that you cannot work with me. When considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing else that is more important...if you don’t have your health, then what else is there?

02

How do I get started?

To begin with you’ll get a free consultation with no obligation. I’ll come to your place at a time convenient for you and I will spend some time getting to know you, your relationship with exercise and food and you can tell me all about your goals and where you’d like to get to. We then will work out the best way to achieve your goals together.

03

Where will I meet with you?

I am ready to meet with you in the comfort of your home or office, your housing development fitness center or at local gyms.

Using a local gym, you must first find out if that gym allows outside trainers to train at the gym and  what additional costs are there for the trainer to come to the gym.

04

Do I need to have equipment for home training?

No, there is no need to feel like you. I will bring all the equipment needed for the training sessions. However, if you do have training equipment we will teach you how to make full use out of them.

05

What areas do you service?

I am currently servicing in North East Philadelphia and Bucks County PA.

06

Are you certified and Insured?

Yes, I hold nationally recognized certifications, (NASM,AAAI) and I carry a comprehensive insurance policy.
